Product Labeling
All our food products have proper labels that clearly and accurately describe the contents and other essential information such as ingredients, nutritional values, date of expiry, place of production and feedback channel.

Consumer Feedback
Indofood has a central Call Center System to receive and respond to consumer feedback on its products and services through a toll-free line or electronic mail.

In 2017, the Call Center received customer feedbacks, most of which were related to product enquiries. All feedbacks received have been appropriately addressed within a reasonable amount of time.
